How to make a Return

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your product under the following conditions:

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Return period: Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Return process: Contact us at Sales@legacylacegame.com with your order number to request a return. We will provide you with the return instructions.

Shipping costs: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
